To provide remote support, we’ll be using AnyDesk. Follow the steps below to get started quickly.

  1. Download AnyDesk using the links above.
  2. Open the downloaded file to begin installation.
  3. Click “Install AnyDesk on this device…”. Uncheck “Install AnyDesk Printer”, then click “Accept & Install”.
  4. When prompted with “Do you want to allow this app to make changes?”, click Yes.
  5. Navigate to the “New Session” tab and locate Your Address (9 or 10-digit code).
  6. Provide your technician with the Address and await further instructions.
