KOB Tech uses AnyDesk to provide secure remote technology support. Follow the steps below when your technician asks you to begin a remote session.

Download AnyDesk
Use one of the buttons above to download the appropriate version for your computer.
Open the downloaded file
Launch AnyDesk after the download completes.
Install AnyDesk
Select Install AnyDesk on this device. You may uncheck AnyDesk Printer if you do not need it.
Approve the installation
If Windows asks whether you want to allow the app to make changes, choose Yes.
Find your address
Locate the AnyDesk address shown in the application. It will be a numeric code.
Give the code to your technician
Provide your AnyDesk address only to the KOB Tech technician assisting you and wait for instructions.
Do not provide remote access to someone you do not recognize. KOB Tech will only request remote access when working directly with you.
